The project involved the partial demolition and remodelling of the old McKenzies public house in Davidson Main Edinburgh.
The change of use was from public house to office and residential accommodation, alterations to existing buildings and erection of new residential development with associated landscaping.
The alterations to the existing building were carried out to form an office on the ground floor and a residential flat at first floor level.
The new build two storey building provides 4 main door flats with associated external works.
