The project was originally traditionally procured through VW UK and MMH were subsequently novated to the Design and Build contractor.
The site comprises a 750 sq.m. showroom, customer and staff facilities and a 16-bay workshop with 2 MOT bays and customer-accessible dialogue bay. A separate building on the adjacent plot contains dry valet and drive-through wet bays, fronted by a used car sales showroom, with 226 parking spaces on site.
