A landmark new JLR dealership and headquarters for Donnelly Group.
Spread over three storeys on a prominent hillside site on the main A29 road into Dungannon, the new-build dealership is the largest in Northern Ireland and our biggest completed JLR project to date.
The building comprises a generous 16-car showroom with 16-bay workshop, fully-enclosed drive-in service lanes and extensive supporting facilities at ground floor level. Below this a large valet shop and parts store are cut into the hillside, taking advantage of the site's topography, while above at first floor level a new high-specification headquarters suite for the Donnelly Group has been formed, replacing cramped and outdated existing accommodation.
This project exemplifies Jaguar Land Rover's ARCH corporate identity and provides a striking showpiece facility for the brands in Northern Ireland.
