Ravenscraig Retail Hub

 A Planning Application has been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council seeking permission to build a new Retail and Community Hub within Ravenscraig, Motherwell.

The proposals include a commercial parade of 8No mixed use units, a drive though unit and an electric vehicle charging hub.

The proposals are currently being determined by North Lanarkshire Council with a decision expected December 2022.
