Extensive works to an existing period property in south Edinburgh to replace insensitive 20th-century extensions with a large new garden room and billiards room and re-cladding of a harled two-storey wing in natural stone to match the existing house.
Completed in 2011, the works were detailed in a traditional style to complement the original villa.
