Creation of Pittsburgh Retail Park from a under used brownfield site adjacent to a busy roundabout in Halbeath, Dunfermline.
Substantial enabling and earthworks were carried out by PVY Ltd to facilitate development of the site and provide maximum development potential. The former car wash and storage site has now been transformed into Pittsburgh Retail Park.
