Planning has been approved by The City of Edinburgh Council for a mixed use office and retail development at Dalmeny Park, South Queensferry.
The project involves the creation of 500m2 retail space to ground floor with an additional 1000m2 of office space over two storey's above.
McLaren Murdoch & Hamilton are currently providing technical information for Building Warrant syubmission and also Construction information for works commencing on site.
Works on site are expected to start in Autumn 2019.
